Operations Manager / OpsCo

We're a small founding team shipping serious infrastructure for contact centers. ddash™ is live, revenue is coming in, and we need someone to own the operational side — customer onboarding, partner program execution, vendor relationships, and the internal processes that let the technical team stay focused on the product.

This is a hands-on role with a direct line to the founders. If you've built operations from scratch inside a SaaS or telecom company and want ownership over what you build, this is the role.
